Day two on this planet. They have interesting stores and entertainment areas on this planet. I found a merchant with a delectable assortment of wines, and he invited me to dinner in his home adjacent to his store. It was surprisingly light inside. Photographs and piped-in lighting are used to create windows and doorways that simulate an external view. He served a local wine made from fruits grown entirely underground, using artificial light and hydroponics. Superb wine—I would never have believed such a delicate fruit could be grown that way.
I have to say I have thoroughly enjoyed my short stay here. The people are so friendly and welcoming toward strangers. I will be looking forward to another stop here.
